North East Ice Fishing Circuit

The North East Ice Fishing Circuit (NEIFC) was established to promote the sport of ice fishing. Through our tournaments, free seminars, kids-only fishing clinics, and fish-for-free events, we strive to teach the next generation the skills to catch fish through the ice and to introduce them to the joys, satisfaction, and rewards that a day on the ice can bring. Our free clinics and seminars help to provide the skills necessary to become a contender in the tournaments.

We will provide a safe, structured environment that is conducive to learning. Highly skilled professionals assess fishing conditions and will never allow an event to take place on unsafe or questionable ice conditions. The NEIFC exists to assist in the continuation of our sport and every effort will be made to accommodate everyone, including children and those with disabilities. Our professional ice anglers will volunteer their time and resources throughout the season to teach you and your children the skills that have taken them a lifetime to acquire.

The ultimate goal of the organization is to work hard to ensure the continuation of a tradition that can not only provide a deep sense of gratification and pleasure, but also a means by which to feed a family. The NEIFC is willing to teach as long as the public is willing to learn.
